Orders

  • The minimum total product purchase per transaction is AED 200.00.
  • All orders placed via www.regenhealth.io will receive an email confirmation.
  • Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and may suggest an alternative.
  • Delivery may not be available in certain areas. When this happens, we will arrange a nearby collection point for your convenience.

Payment and Shipping Fee

  • Secured online payment is available. All first-time and unregistered clients are required to pay online.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for registered and regular clients, via WhatsApp.
  • Customers must be present to receive and sign for the order. If unavailable, payment must be left in a secure location or with a designated person.
  • Please prepare the exact amount for COD orders, as drivers may not carry sufficient change.
  • A standard shipping fee of AED 35.00 will be added at check-out.

Currency

  • All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
  • Payments must be made in AED only.

Refunds & Returns

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Once the peptide is already mixed with Bac water there is no refund available.
  • Please ensure to select the correct choice of Bac water amount (1ML or 2ML).
  • All products are carefully sealed and packed.
  • In case of damaged packaging, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please send a photo of the damage via WhatsApp to +971 50 711 3010, and we
    will arrange a replacement.
